For instance, you can combine Lemon Balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) with Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea L.) and Lemon Verbena Leaf (Aloysia citrodora L.). The Lemon Balm may bring you a bit of calmness and Purple Coneflower is known for supporting the metabolism. The Lemon Verbena Leaf will add a pleasant, citrus-like taste to the mix.

If you would like to quit smoking or are in the process of doing so, perhaps this mix will help you out a bit. Substitute smoking with vaping! Try combining Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis L.), Siberian Ginseng Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), St. John’s Wort Herb (Hypericum perforatum L.), and Red Clover Flower (Trifolium pratense L.). All of those may have a calming effect, can support your focus, and may have a positive influence on your cardiovascular system.
