ToggleHerbal blends for vaporization you will fall in love (part II)
As you may already know from the previous article about vaporization (available on our blog), inhaling herbs can have its benefits, namely supporting your wellbeing. Of course, provided that they are carefully selected and organic, as the ones in our offer. As it has been previously stated, you can vape not only by using one chosen plant pieces, such as leaves, roots, or petals, but you can also mix various kinds of herbs in order to achieve better effects. Here you are going to be presented with two examples of herb mixes. Moreover, the mixing allows discovering new interesting aromas and unique tastes. Once you try them, you will surely fall in love with them!
For those who need to relax...
Have you been feeling tired, stressed-out, and in general under the weather? If you would like to fight off your fatigue faster, you can try mixing herbs. For instance, you can combine Lemon Balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) with Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea L.) and Lemon Verbena Leaf (Aloysia citrodora L.). The Lemon Balm may bring you a bit of calmness and Purple Coneflower is known for supporting the metabolism. The Lemon Verbena Leaf will add a pleasant, citrus-like taste to the mix.
For those who would like to quit smoking...
Cigarettes are toxic and hazardous for your health – this is common knowledge. They are however difficult to resign from, once you get addicted. If you would like to quit smoking or are in the process of doing so, perhaps this mix will help you out a bit. Substitute smoking with vaping! Try combining Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis L.), Siberian Ginseng Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), St. John’s Wort Herb (Hypericum perforatum L.), and Red Clover Flower (Trifolium pratense L.). All of those may have a calming effect, can support your focus, and may have a positive influence on your cardiovascular system.
The possibilities of mixing herbs are endless – just pick a good base, a plant with the properties suiting your needs, and one which will add a good taste.
