Rooibos is a small shrubby bush that grows in South Africa, its name means “red bush” and it has a Dutch origin. It’s not a tea plant. Sometimes it is called redbush tea or bush tea. The leaves of Rooibos are fermented and have a malty or earthy flavour and reddish-brown colour. It's a great alternative to black and green tea and full of powerful antioxidants.
How To Use Rooibos Red Dynasty Tea Health Embassy
Use 1-2 tsp Rooibos Red Dynasty Tea with 1 cup (200ml) of freshly boiled water in temperature 90 do 96°C. Infuse for 3 minutes, then strain.
You can add some cinnamon, ginger or orange peel to prepare a winter warm tea.
