Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale L.) is one of the most nutrient-rich herbs. The plant is found throughout the world, in Europe, Asia and North Africa. How To Use Dandelion Root Health Embassy
1-2 tsp of Dandelion Root pour with 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. You can add some sweetener or/ and lemon juice for more pleasant taste. Drink 3-4 times a day in a dose of 100ml.
Add 1-2 tsp of Dandelion Root to 250ml boiling water and simmer on low for at least 10-15 minutes. After this time strain the root and let it stand for another 5 minutes. Then you can add some sweetener to taste and drink.
50g of Dandelion Root pour with 300ml of 40-60% strength alcohol. Leave in a dark place for maceration for 14 days. After this time filter the mixture and pour it into a bottle. Consume 3-4 a day in a dose of 5ml.
