As a tea: Add 1-2 tsp the Dandelion Root to 250 ml boiling water and simmer on low for at least 20 minutes. You must strain the root out the minimum of 5 minutes before drinking your tea.
The roasted root is used as a coffee substitute. Dried Dandelion Root can be eaten in its whole form.
