Spiny Restharrow (Ononis spinosa L.) is a plant that grows mostly in temperate climate areas in Europe and Asia in forests and on roadsides and in dry meadows. It is also known as just a restharrow. The fresh root emits a strong “goaty” odour.
In medieval Russia, Spiny Restharrow Root has ben used for manufacturing Bulat steel. The herbal raw material is the root of the plant.
How To Use Spiny Restharrow Root Health Embassy
1-2 tsp of crushed Spiny Restharrow Root pour with 300 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 1-2 hours, then strain. Drink 2-4 times a day between meals in a dose of 100ml.
1-3 tsp of crushed Spiny Restharrow Root pour 200ml of cool water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, then brew covered for 15 minutes and strain. Drink 3-4 times a day between meals divided into smaller portions.
