Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) is a plant native to Eurasia, it belongs to the sunflower family. It has large, heart-shaped leaves and small, purple flowers. Burdock is cultivated for its root used as an ingredient for many Japanese dishes.
The root was traditionally used in Britain as a flavoring in the herbal drink 'dandelion and burdock'. Burdock Root Powder has a sweet, mild, and pungent flavour.

Take 2 tsp of Burdock Root Powder, place them into a teapot, add 2 cups of filtered water, and boil. Steep it for 5-10 minutes. You can add the powder to your smoothie or sprinkle the sandwich.
1-2 tbsp of Burdock Root Powder pour 200 ml of warm water, bring to a boil and simmer undercover for 5-10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and leave it covered to brew for half an hour, then strain through the gauze. Drink 2-3 times a day, in a dose of 1 cup (200 ml).
