How To Use Jerusalem Artichoke Coffee Substitute
To prepare a beverage, put 1-2 heaped tsp of Jerusalem Artichoke Coffee Substitute per 1 glass (200ml) of water into the pan and boil for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside for 5-10 minutes, strain through a coffee filter and pour into cups. You can add milk or cream or sweetened as desired.
