1-2 tsp of Lovage Leaf pour 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Consume 2-4 times a day for 100ml of this infusion.
1 tbsp of Lovage Leaf pour 250ml of hot water, mix thoroughly and heat for 30 minutes being careful not bring it to a boil. Let stand covered for the next 10 minutes, then strain and cool. Drink 2-3 times a day in a dose of 1 tbsp.
100g Lovage Leaf pour 300ml with 70% spirit. Stir and allow to macerate for 7 days. Shake well daily at this time. After a week, filter and pour into a bottle. Drink 2 tsp of a tincture, twice a day.
