European Ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) is also known as common ash, weeping ash, bird’s tongue or just ash. It is a native tree throughout mainland Europe and western Asia. Most often it can be found in wet and shady riparian forests, as well as in the mountains.

How To Use European Ash Leaf Health Embassy
To make a tea, take 1-2 tsp of European Ash Leaf and pour with 1 cup (200ml) boiling water. Let it stand covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink. You can add some sweetener to taste if desired and drink.
50g of European Ash Leaf pour 400ml of vodka. Let it stand for 14 days, then filter. Take daily in a dosage of 10ml mixed with 50ml of water.
You can use this tincture also as a skin wash.
To prepare poultice, cook the 1-2 tsp of European Ash Leaf for 15 minutes and then strain. Let it a let it cooled a little, then apply the compress.
