1-3 tsp of Black Currant Leaf pour 200 ml of boiling water. Let it brew undercover for 10-20 minutes, then strain.
50 g of Black Currant Leaf pour 400 ml of 40-60% alcohol. Leave in a dark place for 14 days. After this time filter and pour into a bottle. Drink 30 ml daily for 5 ml or use externally.
Mmix the Black Currant Leaf, Raspberry Leaf and Rosehip Peel in equal amount. Place 1 tbsp of this leaves mixture with a glass (200ml) of boiling water and cook for around 5 minutes undercover. After this time strain the beverage and drink.
