How To Use Hazel Leaf Health Embassy
Infusion
1-2 tsp of Hazel Leaf pour 200ml of boiling water. Brew undercover for 20 minutes, then strain. Consume three times a day, 1 glass, as part of a detoxifying treatment.
Tonic
Take 1 tbsp of Hazel Leaf per 250ml of water. Boil for 5 minutes. You can drink it or add to the bath to heal some skins conditions.
Tincture
Fill 50g of Hazel Leaf with 250ml of alcohol with a power of 40-60%. Close and leave it for at least 14 days. After two weeks, filter and pour into a bottle. Drink 3 times a day for 5ml as a diuretic, anti-inflammatory.
Shampoo
Take 20g of Hazel Leaf, add 250ml of water, boil for about 20 minutes. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes and strain. It's ready to use.
