Cowberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.) knows also as lingonberry or partridgeberry, is a native plant to taiga and Arctic tundra in Eurasia and North America. The fruit of Cowberry is popular in Central and North Europe (used in jams, juices, syrups, sauce). The plant is part of the same family as the bilberry and cranberry.
The raw herbal material is dried leaves of the plant. Cowberry leaves are found in many herbal mixtures and are also used in cosmetics.
How To Use Cowberry Leaf Health Embassy
1-3 tsp of Cowberry Leaf put in the pot and pour with 200ml of boiling water. Leave to brew for about 10-15 minutes. After this time strain the leaves out. You can add some honey or sugar.
1 tbsp of Common Bearberry Leaf pour 1 cup (200ml) of warm, boiled water and heat until it boils. Simmer for 5 minutes, then allow to brew under the cover for around 10 minutes, then strain the mixture.
Half a cup of crushed Common Bearberry Leaf pour with 0.5 l of vodka, then macerate for 14 days in a dark place. After this time filter the leaves, pour it into the bottle. It's ready to use.
