Raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a perennial shrub of the rosaceae family found in Europe and Asia. It grows in forests, thickets and hillsides. Due to the tasty fruit, Raspberries belong to arable crops. Currently, they come in many varieties, differing in colour and size.
Raspberries are grown and picked mainly for fruits that are juicy and tender. Infusion of Raspberry Leaf has a delicate, herbal taste, green-yellow colour and a beautiful, fruity aroma. This infusion can also be used to make a flavoured lemonade or iced tea (by adding green or black tea).
How To Use Raspberry Leaf Health Embassy
1-3 tsp of Raspberry Leaf pour 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Add a sweetener like honey or stevia powder, if desired, and enjoy! Drink 3-4 times a day, 200 ml of infusion.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the 1-2 tsp of Raspberry Leaf and let it infuse for 4-8 hours. After this time strain the beverage and drink. It can be stored in the refrigerator and enjoyed hot or cold.
50g of Raspberry Leaf pour with 400 ml 40-60% alcohol. Leave in a dark place for maceration for 14 days. Filter and pour into a bottle. Take 1-2 times a day for 10ml. It can also be used externally.
