As a tea: Put 1 tsp Raspberry Leaf into 1 cup of boiling water. Cover the cup and let it steep for 5 min. After this time, remove the cover and strain the tea to another cup. It's ready to drink. You can drink 1-3 cup of Raspberry Leaf tea per day.
