Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.), known as globe artichoke it’s one of the oldest cultivated plants and has been used since the ancient Greeks and Romans. The plant is native to the Mediterranean region.

How To Use Artichoke Herb Health Embassy
Put 1-3 tsp of the Artichoke Herb to 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water. Steep the mixture for 10-15 minutes, then strain the infusion. You can add some lemon juice or honey for better taste.
100 g of Artichoke Herb pour 400 ml of 40-60% strength alcohol. Close tightly and allow to macerate for 14 days in a cool and dark place. After two weeks, filter, pour into a bottle.
You can use Artichoke in your kitchen. You can add it into paella - Spanish dish served with rice and seafood.
