How To Use Artichoke Herb Health Embassy
Put 1-3 tsp of the Artichoke Herb to 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water. Steep the mixture for 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink. You can add some lemon juice or honey for better taste.
100 g of Artichoke Herb pour 400 ml of 40-60% strength alcohol. Close tightly and allow to macerate for 14 days in a cool and dark place. After two weeks, filter, pour into a bottle. Consume 5-10 ml once a day.
You can use Artichoke in your kitchen. You can add it into paella - Spanish dish served with rice and seafood.
