Borage Herb (Borago officinalis L) is also known as starflower, bee bush. Borage is an annual plant, native to Mediterranean countries. Most often it can be found in meadows and fields, in particular in slightly shaded thickets near rivers, ponds.
Borage in the past, because of its cucumber aroma, was also used as an additive to salads, cottage cheese, and vegetable soups. Borage Herb, thanks to its care properties, has also been used in cosmetics. At the end of summer, are collected borage seeds, from which - by cold pressing - oil is obtained, and used in mainly cosmetics, but also in capsules to consume.
How To Use Borage Herb Health Embassy
1-3 tsp of Borage Herb pour 200 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, strain and cool. Drink several times a day in small sips.
1-3 tsp of Borage Herb pour 200 ml of cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes undercover. After this time strain the mixture. Drink 2 times a day for 1 glass (200 ml).
