Cabbage Thistle (Cirsium oleraceum L.) or Siberian thistle is native to central and eastern Europe and Asia and grow usually on wet meadows, river banks. In Japan and India is a plant grown as a vegetable. Cabbage Thistle Herb herbal material is obtained from wild states and was often used to prepare baths and hair rinses.
How To Use Cabbage Thistle Herb Health Embassy
1-2 tsp of Cabbage Thistle Herb pour 200ml of boiling water. Leave the mixture to infuse covered for 15 - 20 minutes, strain and drink. You can add some lemon juice or honey if needed.
For baths and hair rinses
Prepare the infusion: 25g of Cabbage Thistle Herb pour 300 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 20 minutes. Prepare a warm bath. Add the previously made infusion to the bath water. Wash the whole body thoroughly (water may become dark and cloudy), soak for 15 minutes. Do not wipe the body - allow it to dry itself.
You can use Cabbage Thistle Herb infusion also for hair rinse.
50g of Cabbage Thistle Herb pour 250 ml of red, dry wine heated to 70° C. Close the vessel tightly and leave to strain for 14 days, then filter and pour into a bottle. Consume 5 ml once a day.
