Meadowsweet Herb is also known as bridewort, meadow queen, meadow-wort, pride of the meadow, queen of the meadow, lady of the meadow, dollof, meadsweet, mead wort. The herb has a pleasant taste and flavour, the green parts having a similar aromatic character to the flowers. Meadowsweet Herb is also used to flavour wine, beer, and many kinds of vinegar.
How To Use Meadowsweet Herb Health Embassy
1-2 tsp of Meadowsweet Herb pour with 1 cup (200ml) of boiling water and steep covered for 15 minutes. After this time strain and drink 1 glass 3 times a day or when needed.
Take 2 tbsp Meadowsweet Herb for 1 glass of water (200ml) and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for another 15 minutes, fill with the amount of water, which evaporated and strain.
50g of Meadowsweet Herb pour 200ml of 40-60% alcohol. Close the dish tightly and set aside in a dark place for 14 days for maceration. After two weeks, filter and pour into bottles. Consume 3-4 times a day for 10ml of diluted water in 50ml. It can be used also externally.
