Hemp Nettle (Galeopsis L.) is a plant member of genus Galeopsis, native to Europe and north-eastern Asia. It is also known as bee-nettle, blind-nettle, day-nettle, dog-nettle, glidewort, holyrope. Hemp Nettle occurs in damp places, ditches, river banks and woodland clearings. The leaves, stems and flowers are used to make herbal tea, tinctures, or even baths.

1-2 tsp of Hemp Nettle Herb pour 200ml of boiling water, then set aside under the cover to infuse for about 15 minutes and strain. The recommended daily intake is 3 times half a glass.
Pour 1 of part Hemp Nettle Herb with 4 parts alcohol 40-60%. For example, 400ml of alcohol is needed for 100g of the herb. Put the mixture in a glass container in a cool and dark place for about 14 days, then filter and pour into a bottle. The recommended daily allowance is 10ml.
5g of Hemp Nettle Herb pour with 1.5l of water and put on a small heat. After bringing to a boil, cook covered for 10 minutes. Finally, strain it and add to a bathtub with water at a temperature of about 37℃. The bathing time should be 20 minutes on average.
