Goat’s Rue (Galega officinalis L.) is a native plant to the Middle East known also as galega, French lilac or Italian fitch. It grows on the banks of rivers, wet meadows and in wet thickets. Goat’s Rue is a perennial plant with white, blue or purple flowers. The common name Goat’s Rue stems from the characteristic smell of the leaves. Goat's Rue Herb is used in healing rituals and spells. Traditionally this herb is taken as a tea.
How To Use Goat's Rue Herb Health Embassy
Infusion
1-3 tsp of Goat's Rue Herb pour with 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. You can add some lemon juice if needed.
Decoction
Pour 1tbs of Goat's Rue Herb with a glass (200ml) of boiling water, cook on low heat for 5 minutes, then strain.
Tincture
50g of Goat's Rue Herbpour 300ml of 40-60% strength alcohol. Leave in a dark place for maceration for 14 days. After this time filter, pour into a bottle.
