Wild Pansy Herb (Viola tricolor L.) is also known as Johnny Jump up, heartsease, heart's ease, heart's delight, tickle-my-fancy, Jack-jump-up-and-kiss-me, come-and-cuddle-me, three faces in a hood, or love-in-idleness. The plant is a common European wild flower. It blooms purple, blue, yellow or white.
Wild Pansy flowers are used to flavour wines, liqueurs, syrups, and oils, they are also a common ingredient in perfumes. Young leaves and flower buds of Wild Pansy are added to salads and soups. The plant is also often used for cosmetics production.
How To Use Wild Pansy Herb Health Embassy
1-2 tsp of Wild Pansy Herb pour with 300ml of boiling water. Cover and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink in a dose of 100ml of infusion. The chilled infusion can be also used externally.
2-3 tsp of Wild Pansy Herb pour with 500ml of warm, boiled water. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for around 5 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 times a day for 150-200ml after meals.
