As a tea: Take 2 tsp of Wild Pansy Herb to 250ml of the boiling water. Allow the water and the herb to sit for 15 min. Lastly, strain the tea by using gauze or coffee filter. You can drink it 2-3 times per day.
As an infusion: Add 2 tsp of Wild Pansy Herb to 250 ml of the hot (not boiling) water and let it steep for 15 min. After this time, strain by using gauze or coffee filter. It is recommended that you drink Wild Pansy tea half an hour before a meal for the best results.
