Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb (Bidens tripartita L.) is native to most of Europe, east through the Mediterranean, northern Africa, temperate and tropical Asia to New Guinea. The plant can be found in damp places and near fresh water. It's commonly known as three-lobe beggartick, three-part beggarticks, leafy-bracted beggarticks or trifid bur-marigold.
That herb is also used for cosmetic production - it is a component of many creams and other products for sensitive and allergic skin. You can wash the skin with the infusion made of Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb.
How To Use Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb Health Embassy
Pout 1-2 tsp of Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb onto 200ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then cool and strain. Drink up to 3 times a day.
50g of Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb pour 250ml 60% alcohol. Set it aside for at least 7 days (preferably 14 days). After the recommended time, filter, pour into a bottle. Consume in an amount 1-2 tsp. You can also use it externally.
Take 2-3 full handfuls of Three-Lobe Beggarticks Herb and put to 3-4 litres of water, bring it to boil and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then strain and add to the bathtub filled with the water up to 3/4 volume.
