Mix Hemp Seeds Flour with Flaxseeds Brown and a little water, and blend in a food processor. Roll into sheets and dehydrate to make nutritious, high-fibre crackers
Use 1 cup of water, 3 cups of bread flour, ¼ cup of Hemp Seeds Flour and 2 teaspoons of dried yeast. You can put all the ingredients in a bread machine or make a dough. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C.
