In baking use about 1/3 of Flaxseeds Flour to substitute regular flour.
You can bake muffins using Flaxseeds Flour: use 1 and ¼ cup of Flaxseeds Flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 4 eggs, ¼ cup olive oil, you can add some raisins or nuts (or any other ingredients). Beat the eggs with olive oil, add Flaxseeds Flour, baking powder. Mix well, wait about 10 minutes and fill up the muffin cups. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
Remember to drink plenty of water when you're eating items baked with flaxseed flour to prevent constipation.
