It blends easily with other types of flours.
Coconut Baking Flour can be added to smoothies or milkshakes to increase calorie content or it can thicken soups or stews.
You can use the Coconut Flour in pancakes: take 3 eggs, ¼ cup of Coconut Baking Flour, ¼ cup of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put some butter onto the heated pan (you can also add some coconut oil).
