Essential oils obtained from Rosehip have been used for a long time in the production of cosmetics. Rosehips Peel is used for herbal teas, jam, jelly, syrup, rose hip soup, beverages, pies, bread, wine, and marmalade. They can also be eaten raw.

How To Use Rosehip Peel Health Embassy

Infusion

1 tbsp of Rosehip Peel pour with 250ml of boiling water. Leave covered for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 times a day as a substitute for tea. You can sweeten this infusion with natural honey or raspberry juice.

Decoction

1-2 tbsp of Rosehip Peel pour with 250ml of boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain and let stand for 12 hours. After this time strain the mixture. Drink 2-3 times a day, half a glass (100ml) of decoction.

Tincture

500g of Rosehip Peel cover with 250g of sugar. Pour 1 litre of strong, red wine or 40% vodka. Leave in a warm place for 7 days. Strain after a week. Drink 25 ml, 1-2 times a day.
