Use body scrub during the shower. Take 1-2 teaspoons and massage onto wet skin up to 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use it twice a week. You can also add 1 teaspoon of Fresh Cold-Pressed Coconut oil and mix it with the scrub.
Don’t use body scrub If you have a sunburn or are experiencing a rash or skin inflammation.
